Spend the day discovering handcrafted treasures, boutique finds, seasonal décor, specialty foods and unique gifts from talented local and regional vendors. Whether you’re searching for the perfect Christmas gift or simply enjoying a festive day with friends and family, you’ll find something special around every corner.

Admission is free, and door-prize drawings will be held throughout the event!

For Vendors

Artisans, makers, boutiques, food vendors, small businesses and specialty vendors are invited to participate!

Online registration is required for all vendors. Space is limited, and registration may close early if all available booth spaces are filled.

Booth Details

• 10′ × 10′ booth space: $60
• Tables and chairs included at no additional charge
• Partitions available by request
• Electricity available in designated areas and must be requested during registration
• Vendors may reserve up to two adjoining booth spaces

Setup & Logistics

Friday Setup
November 20 from 2:00–7:00 PM

Saturday Setup
Vendors setting up Saturday must arrive by 7:30 AM and be completely ready by 8:30 AM.

Vendors may not begin dismantling their booths before the event closes at 4:00 PM.

Registration Deadline: November 11, 2026

Payment may be made securely online by credit card or by selecting Pay by Invoice at checkout to pay by check. Booth reservations are not confirmed until registration and full payment have been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received by October 30, 2026, are eligible for a refund of the booth fee.
Online processing fees, if applicable, are nonrefundable.
No refunds will be issued after October 30, 2026, or because of inclement weather.
If the event is canceled by the Keith County Chamber of Commerce, registered vendors will receive a refund of the booth fee.
Booth reservations are not confirmed until the completed online registration and full payment have been received.

Complete all required vendor information.
Pay securely online by credit card, or select Pay by Invoice if you prefer to pay by check.

Your booth is not confirmed until the completed online registration and full payment have been received.
