Trails West CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time supervisory Volunteer Coordinator position. Training and supporting volunteers are at the heart of CASA’s mission. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating trainings, is committed to collaboration and service, and has a vision for equipping advocates to play a vital role in the lives of children experiencing the juvenile court system. This position will perform moderate to difficult clerical work, be required to undergo an extensive background check, 30 hours of CASA training and act as a back-up for volunteers and office staff, as needed.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and must demonstrate the ability to learn new computer programs and be proficient in the Microsoft Suite programs.

CASA is a National, nonprofit organization, court appointed to provide services to abused and neglected children in Keith, Arthur, Perkins and Garden counties.

Position is dependent upon grant funding.
